Full Ice Mites - TSMHL
The Tri-State Mite Hockey League is a supplemental Full-Ice Mite League designed to help players get acclimated to full-ice hockey. This program ideal for players in their last year of Mites. Teams are selected by the coaching staff and players do not need to be full-time Saugus Lynnfield Youth Hockey players.
Ages
This program is for 8U players in their final season of Mites or who have played two seasons of half-ice Mites.
When
The season runs from early December to March.
Where
Games are held in various VHL rinks as scheduled by the TSMHL.
Practices
This is a supplemental, game-only team with no formal practice schedule. Teams may schedule an occasional practice.
Games
Teams will play 15-18 games, including playoffs, starting in early December and running through March. Games will be scheduled to not conflict with VHL games.
Jerseys
Players will receive a new uniform (Jersey & Socks).
Costs
The overall cost will depend on team size each season. The cost for teams is $425 per player which factors in ice time and costs associated with player/coach insurance.
